Why it exists
Sales teams often lose opportunities inside repetitive WhatsApp conversations. WaMan is designed to answer from approved business information, qualify intent, prepare the next step, and keep a human team in control when a conversation needs judgment.
What I built
- Co-own the product and shape its technical and product direction.
- Build AI workflows for response, qualification, follow-up, and handoff.
- Design supervised controls for human takeover, approvals, and exceptions.
- Prepare the product and operating workflows for production deployment.
